We will be having our very first All In Team night for all our volunteers, staff and leaders. These nights are in place of what we used to call Leadership Collective, and the idea is that we want to extend the invitation out to every volunteer who helps to make Victory such an incredible place for people to belong.

This night will be one of encouragement, worship and impartation. There will be fun, food, and a chance for you to connect with other volunteers in other ministry areas, but most importantly we will hear an inspiring word from Ps. Nate as he encourages us all in what we do. We will be holding two of these each year, and we are convinced that these will be incredibly valuable.
